01About us
ladies mv is an online skincare shop based in Malé, Republic of Maldives. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
02Prices and GST
All prices are in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR). Prices shown include 8% GST unless marked “excl. GST”. Your receipt shows the GST amount separately.
03Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly, and will refund any payment in full.
04Delivery
We deliver in Malé and to the islands. Delivery times and fees depend on your location and are shown before you pay.
05Digital products
Digital products (skincare guides and courses) are delivered as a download link after payment. Because they can't be returned, digital purchases are non-refundable unless the file is faulty.
06Returns and refunds
Unopened products with the seal intact can be returned within [X] days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare can't be returned unless it arrived damaged or faulty. Contact us to arrange a return. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
07Skin safety
Always check the ingredient list and do a patch test before using a new product. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. Our guides are general advice, not medical advice; please see a dermatologist for skin conditions.
08Privacy
We only use your details to process orders, deliver products and, if you agree, send you updates. We never sell your personal information.
